About the Owner

Teton Forestry is owned and operated by James Knight, a certified climbing arborist and federally certified professional timber faller with over a decade of hands-on experience. He grew up in Teton Valley with a passion for rock climbing, which sparked his interest in becoming a climbing arborist. He later worked throughout the Pacific Northwest as a timber faller on large infrastructure projects, removing hazard trees in demanding environments, often near roads, railways, and powerlines, before returning to the area as a seasoned professional. James brings a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term forest health to every project.
